Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own site. If that changes, we'll update this notice.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers who help us run the business: website hosting (Netlify), domains (Namecheap), email (Google), our payment provider, texts, call handling and voicemail recordings (Twilio), and our accountant. We never sell your data. Some suppliers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use legally approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead anywhere: up to 12 months, then deleted.
If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep your name and number on a "do not contact" list so we don't call by mistake.
Client records and invoices: 6 years after the end of the tax year, because tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, object to us using it, or stop direct marketing at any time. Just email or message us. We'll reply within a month.
