Do I have to sign up for long?
Plans have a 6-month minimum. After that it's month to month, and you can leave with one month's notice. Founding clients pay £49 for their first 12 months, then £99.
Who owns my domain?
You do. It's registered in your business's name. If you leave, I'll move it wherever you want and send you your site's files.
How does the missed-call text-back work?
If you can't answer, the call diverts to a number I set up for you. The caller gets a text straight away in your name, and any reply comes through to you. If they'd rather leave a voicemail, they can, and you get a link to listen to it straight away. You set it up once on your phone with a short code, and I test it with you.
I'm not good with tech. Is that a problem?
No. You don't touch anything. Send me a WhatsApp and I make the change.
Can you promise me more jobs?
No one honest can promise a number. What I can do is make it easier for people who find you to call, and stop you losing the calls you can't answer. Each month you'll see how many enquiries came through, so you can judge it yourself.
Do you use AI?
Yes, I use AI tools to build faster, like most web designers now. I design each site for your trade, check every word, and I'm the one who looks after it.
